Your task

Main responsibility for the supervision of FaGe/AGS trainees in their residential area
Empathetic and professional care & support of our residents
Important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and to the care process
Assumption of daily responsibility after appropriate introduction

Our requirements

Joy in the nursing profession in long-term care
Health professional (or DN I or FA SRK) with professional experience or certified nursing professional HF/FH (equivalent)
Experience and enjoyment in accompanying FaGe/AGS trainees
Trainer certificate is an advantage or willingness to complete it
Very good oral and written German skills, good understanding of dialect
Responsible, team-oriented and resilient personality
