We are strengthening our organization at the headquarters in Würth Haus Rorschach and are looking for an engaged, communicative, and responsible personality to start immediately or by arrangement. In this varied role, you will support the Finance & Controlling department and actively participate in projects.

THE FOLLOWING TASKS AWAIT YOU

• Creation and further development of reporting as well as support in optimizing controlling processes
• Research, analysis, and preparation of data as a solid basis for management decisions
• Active participation in the budgeting process as well as in annual, semi-annual, and monthly closings (including coordination and preparation with the audit office)
• Support in the area of bancassurance, including offers, tenders, market analyses, and customer presentations
• Participation in projects focusing on digitalization, process optimization, and strategic business development
• Taking on coordination and communication tasks with internal and external stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE IS CONVINCING

• Completed studies in business / finance or comparable education
• Experienced in dealing with numbers and high IT affinity
• Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with attention to detail
• Analytical thinking, loyal, and communicative personality
• High commitment and service orientation with confident and professional appearance
• Fluent German skills, Italian is an advantage
