Your Tasks
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees in shift work and apprentices as machine operators EFZ and plastics technologists EFZ (team size +15 people)
- Coordination and planning of assigned personnel in consultation with the production planner
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with all quality & deadline requirements
- Coordinating troubleshooting in close coordination with specialist departments
- Participation and leadership of projects for production development
Your Profile
- Completed further training, for example industrial foreman, process technician HF, or comparable education
- Several years of experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in plastics processing
- Proven leadership qualities and organizational talent
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, committed, and team-oriented personality
- Joy and enthusiasm to lead, challenge, motivate, and support your team
