To ensure that Company’s infrastructures and buildings are safe, well maintained and secure for all, we are looking, to join our team in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland for an:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to the EHS and Sustainability teams ensuring that all environment, health, safety and security principles and measures are implemented and followed across the Company.
- Organize regular meetings with all stakeholders, monitor progress and report regularly to the senior management.
- Represent the Company in all building related projects, manage the obtaining of building permits and administrative authorizations.
- Manage the Facilities budget and ensure cost effectiveness, control and validate all invoices related to the activities of the Facilities department.
- Continuously improve lay-out for offices and production spaces and ensure 5S compliancy.
- Manage the Facilities teams , ensuring, on a daily basis that all site services, such as the cafeteria, reception, conference rooms, coffee corners, etc. are operating efficiently and that employees’ requests are answered in due time.
- Manage external providers for services such as security, fleet of vehicles, cleaning, etc.
- Plan and ensure building maintenance and extension projects together with the external providers, guaranteeing the deadlines and quality of the projects.
- Plan and ensure assets maintenance guaranteeing the full functionality of each infrastructure asset.
- Ensure that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
Skills & Experience:
- Engineering degree or similar education
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 7+ years of experience in EHS & Facility management
- Good knowledge of EHS and Sustainability regulatory standards
- Good level of technical and industry knowledge

Languages:
English & French good level (spoken and writing)
German is an asset
Travel:
Occasional travel to other Leclanché locations.
