To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Front Office Agent 100% (m/f/d)
You are primarily responsible for
- Conducting check-in/check-out in compliance with LQA standards
- Daily preparation for arrivals
- Processing daily reception checklists
- Selling hotel vouchers
- Recording reservations for rooms and restaurants at the desk
- Active upselling [with attractive profit sharing]
- Preventing and handling guest complaints in cooperation with the senior leadership team of the front office
- Accepting in-room dining orders
- Accepting and coordinating various guest requests
- Working early/mid/late shifts with occasional night shifts
You have completed vocational training in the administrative field. Ideally, you already have experience in tourism or hospitality. You are fluent in German, English, and preferably also French, both spoken and written. Shift and weekend work are a matter of course for you. You demonstrate high commitment, are very flexible and resilient, and work calmly, precisely, and efficiently even under time and work pressure.
