THIS IS WHAT YOU DO

Build and further develop a sustainable QA approach for our ERP system
Create, maintain, and further develop meaningful test cases and test concepts and automate test cases
Conduct and coordinate tests where they bring real added value
Work closely with development teams for early quality assurance
Sharpen requirements and acceptance criteria
Make quality visible through meaningful evaluations and dashboards
Actively shape our QA community and quality culture

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

Experience in quality assurance, software testing, or comparable roles
Understanding of complex software systems (ERP experience is a plus but not a must)
Enjoy building structures rather than just working through existing ones
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaboration
Pragmatism: You know that quality must be effective, not dogmatic
