cereneo offers highly specialized rehabilitation programs for people with neurological diseases and injuries, including stroke, brain injuries, neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, and many other neurological disorders.
We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Performance Specialist with 2-5 years of practical experience in a comparable role, preferably in a digital marketing or sales environment.
Responsibilities
In this position, you act at the interface between marketing and sales, ensuring smooth coordination and data-driven decision-making:
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing web traffic, generated leads, and lead sources. You create regular reports and derive actionable recommendations for management.
- SEA/SEO Management: Leading and supervising the SEA agency, including budget control. You ensure transparency between SEA, SEO, and CRM (lead tracking) and propose optimization measures.
- CRM & Sales Support: Continuous maintenance, updating, and improvement of the CRM system (Zoho). You support the sales team in lead qualification, offer creation, and administrative tasks related to international patient onboarding.
- Content & UX: Supporting the Marketing Manager in updating and optimizing website content (blog articles, texts, images, videos) for SEO and improved user experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You act as an interface between sales and marketing, ensuring an efficient customer journey from first contact to conversion.
What should you bring?
- Proven experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) and CRM systems (ideally Zoho).
- Strong background in digital marketing within an agency (SEA/SEO campaigns, reporting, customer communication).
- Solid knowledge of best practices for SEA and SEO, keyword research, and UX principles.
- Analytical mindset, highly structured, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
- Strong affinity for working with systems to bridge marketing and sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German; any additional language is an asset.
