The Wohnheim Öpfuböimli Foundation in Oberaargau in the canton of Bern offers at its two
locations in Huttwil a comprehensive, professional living, leisure, activation and care service on a Christian
basis for fifteen adults with cognitive or multiple impairments.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Administration Employee 40% – 60%

Your tasks

• General administrative tasks such as correspondence, orders, filing and
  data maintenance
• Telephone and reception service – you are the first contact person for our residents,
  relatives and external agencies
• Support of the management team in administrative matters
• Assistance with preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
• Accounting

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in administration, ideally in the social or healthcare sector
• Good MS Office skills and affinity for digital tools
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Empathy, discretion and enjoyment of working in a social environment
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• You are flexible, resilient and contribute to the appreciative atmosphere in the team
• You are also part of the home of our residents and have no fear of contact when dealing with cognitively and physically impaired people
