Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager specialized in innovation and digital transformation, capable of managing strategic initiatives from design to production deployment.

Project and program management

• Coordinate multiple projects in parallel, from scoping to delivery.
• Define milestones, anticipate risks, and manage resources and dependencies.
• Prepare and lead steering committees (COPIL / COPROJ).
• Ensure structured reporting and communication with stakeholders.

Innovation and experimentation

• Identify and develop new innovative initiatives (POC, MVP, prototypes).
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Build and monitor an innovation pipeline, integrating best practices in prototyping and experimentation.
• Maintain an active network with external and internal partners.

Business analysis and IT alignment

• Gather and formalize business requirements.
• Write functional and technical specifications.
• Participate in architecture scoping and security aspects.
• Ensure coherence between business initiatives and existing IT systems.

Change management

• Develop and deploy change plans related to projects.
• Prepare and conduct training, communications, and user workshops.
• Monitor adoption and impact of initiatives through relevant indicators.

Deployment and post-launch follow-up

• Coordinate testing phases and production deployment.
• Ensure post-go-live follow-up and collect user feedback to improve solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital project management / innovation (minimum 5 to 10 years).
• Mastery of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking methodologies and best practices in prototyping/POC.
• Ability to manage cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong experience in change management and user adoption.
• Knowledge of Data, AI, IT integration technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to convince and unite around a vision.
