Your tasks:

• Planning, control, and implementation of the Windows 11 introduction and migration project
• Coordination of internal and external project participants
• Ensuring deadlines, quality, and budget
• Documentation, reporting, and handover to operations
• Close collaboration with IT operations, support, and specialist departments
• Developing a training concept together with an external partner and coordinating and conducting employee training
• Support in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Experience in participating or leading IT projects (also junior profile welcome)
• Very good knowledge of Windows 11 and the M365 product suite is mandatory
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
