• You advise customers by phone and email in German and English
• You support the creation and follow-up of offers 
• You receive and process customer orders
• You handle our customer feedback
• You are responsible for maintaining article and customer master data

• You are confident in using XLS, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
• You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written; French is an advantage but not mandatory
• You work resiliently and efficiently and can handle stress and pressure well.
