In facade construction, our range includes both plastered external thermal insulation and ventilated curtain walls as well as the expert renovation of the building envelope of listed buildings.
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Independent management of facade projects
- Preparation of offers and calculations as well as interim and final invoices
- Planning and measurement of projects
- Procurement of all calculated building materials and construction services
- Leadership of the construction site team, coordination of construction site processes
- Monitoring safety, quality, and efficiency on the construction site including time tracking of the construction site team
You bring with you
- Professional qualification in the field of building envelope (polymer builder, metalworker, carpenter, etc.)
- Technical or business management training (master craftsman, foreman, construction manager, technical salesman, etc.)
- Solid experience in the field of ventilated facades and in managing construction sites
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally BaubitPro
- Entrepreneurial personality with communication and negotiation skills
