Your contribution:
- Development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing standards
- Professional advice and support for teams in complex care situations
- Optimization of nursing processes, quality assurance, and hygiene
- Planning and conducting further training, workshops, and case discussions
What you bring:
- Advanced training in nursing (Bachelor, Master, Higher Professional Education II or equivalent)
- Enjoyment of direct nursing and the ability to apply clinical expertise practically
- Business thinking and organizational talent
- Good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as confident IT user skills
