In this versatile role, you will look after a property on site and be the contact person for our customers.
Your tasks include:

• Supervision and monitoring of building technical systems
• Carrying out repair and maintenance work
• Coordination and control of service and maintenance work (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary)
• Collaboration with external service providers and coordination of various contractors
• Execution of administrative tasks within the scope of your activity
• On-call duties

• A completed technical education (ideally in the HVAC sector) or a basic craft training with further education in building management
• Several years of proven professional experience in the field of caretaking
• Independent, structured way of working and sense of responsibility
• Strong service mentality as well as organisational talent
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good PC skills (digital working)
• Valid driving licence category B and residence in the Basel region/surroundings
