Your area of responsibility:
- Design, further development, and standardization of processes and procedures
- Technical support in systematic problem-solving, standardization, and further development of production facilities and processes
- Definition and establishment of industrialization concepts and production processes
- Application of Lean Management tools in the introduction of new and existing products, focusing on efficiency and quality improvement
- Evaluation of new technologies and facilities as well as preparation and application for investments
What you bring:
- Technical basic training EFZ in an industrial environment
- Further training as a process operations specialist or higher is desired
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position
- Very good German and English skills
- A high degree of personal responsibility
- Active interdisciplinary collaboration
- Analytical thinking and a performance-oriented working style
- Experience in construction (3D-CAD, 3D printing) is an advantage
