Company Description
The School Office of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.sa.llv.li) is responsible for the planning, maintenance, and further development of the school operations of all public schools as well as the supervision of private schools in Liechtenstein and supports the government in the supervision of universities. We are responsible for preparing government matters as well as developing legal and planning bases, supporting schools with various services, and taking on tasks in regional and international cooperation.
The Youth House Malbun property, as part of the School Office (www.sa.llv.li), is a modernly equipped facility for school and holiday camps in the winter and summer seasons in the Malbun holiday region, Liechtenstein.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Main responsibility for the kitchen: preparation of all meals and meal distribution
- Ensuring and monitoring hygiene and safety standards according to legal requirements
- Planning and organizing the weekly menus
- Inventory management, ordering food as well as goods receipt and inspection
- Participation in daily and weekly cleaning as well as annual deep cleaning
Qualifications
You are particularly characterized for this position by:
- Completed training as a cook with several years of professional experience in gastronomy, ideally in large kitchens or communal catering
- Organizational talent, teamwork skills, and high independence
- Willingness to work in a seasonal operation with annual working hours
- Flexibility for different working hours and occasional weekend work
- Good physical condition
- High social competence and enjoyment in working with children and young people
- Very good German language skills
