Tasks

You create and implement an optimal FM organization in the Perry Center and plan maintenance including third-party companies
You are cost-conscious and create and monitor the ancillary cost budget and assist with multi-year planning
You ensure the safety of people and assets in the center
You apply your skills in setting up and dismantling our diverse center events and occasions
You lead a small team

Requirements

You have completed vocational training as a facility maintenance specialist or a craft apprenticeship (e.g. building services, electrical, sanitary/heating or ventilation technician)
Leadership experience and strategic thinking and acting is a plus
Administrative tasks are easy for you
You have a category B driving license
You are flexible in terms of time based on the shopping center's opening hours
