About the job
Your Tasks
To strengthen our mobile medical team, we are looking for a committed person to take on central organizational and administrative tasks for our practice.
You will work closely with an experienced MPA at the headquarters and coordinate appointments, rounds, and the agenda. You will manage electronic patient records, handle telephone service, and support medical documentation.
In addition, you are responsible for sending invoices, processing incoming payments, and other administrative tasks.
In our team, you have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively help shape processes.
We welcome applications from candidates who are available as soon as possible. The position is also well suited for re-entry after maternity leave.
Your Profile
- Completed training as MPA, medical secretary, or comparable qualification in healthcare
- Knowledge in medical office assistance (ECG, X-ray, laboratory, etc.) is not mandatory
- Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Structured, careful, and independent working style
- Organizational and coordination skills
- Interest in contributing and building
- Team-oriented, dynamic, and solution-focused personality
