Fitness Instructor and Marketing Specialist 100%

With the opening of the first SportHub in Switzerland, Kraftakt AG is launching a unique concept in the fitness and sports industry, where the person is at the center: Similar to a co-working space, a fitness center is being created in Bernapark in collaboration with regional sports service providers and clubs.

We are looking for young, committed sports enthusiasts who are ready to take responsibility in a dynamic environment and actively help shape the development of the Kraftakt SportHub.

Your tasks as a Fitness Instructor approx. 70% – 80%

• Creating training plans
• Customer support throughout the entire training process
• Sale of subscriptions
• Conducting trial trainings
• Monitoring training and achievement of goals
• Administrative tasks at the reception, answering the phone, collecting payments and daily closing
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the studio
• Participation in further training

Your tasks as a Marketing Specialist 20-30%

• Communication planning for all Kraftakt areas (SportHub, events, training)
• Designing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Online marketing: SEO & SEA

Your profile

• Specialist in movement and health promotion EFZ
• BLS-AED certificate
• Training in marketing
• Strong sense of personal responsibility
• High sense of responsibility
• Reliability
• Social competence
• Can identify with the Kraftakt SportHub and the community spirit
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Open and committed personality
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
• Sales flair
• Service-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of German
