- Specialist medical responsibility and supervision of psychological-psychotherapeutic treatments by psychotherapists in the team
- Active collaboration in the interdisciplinary therapy team within the framework of a holistic treatment concept
- Independent psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of outpatient patients

Your Profile
- Completed or well-advanced specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or equivalent qualification) with several years of professional experience
- Motivation to work with a holistic treatment concept
- Strong relationship skills in team and patient work
- High service orientation and pronounced quality awareness
- Process-oriented, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented thinking and acting
- Willingness to actively engage with the Christian faith in the work context
