• You shape the heartbeat of our communication: As an initiator, pace-setter, and enabler, you hold the reins when it comes to prioritizing topics, planning measures sensibly, and continuously developing our Corporate Newsroom
• You give our topics direction and depth: You advise our team, act as a conceptual sparring partner and creative challenger. You help develop inspiring guiding ideas and compelling storylines and ensure that our measures are strategically, content-wise, and visually coordinated
• You connect content, people, and strategies: You have an eye for the big picture, are decisive, structure the editorial plan, and ensure that our measures are coherent and contribute to our strategy – always with a sense of relevance, timing, and impact
• You turn insights into impact: You use insights from the channels as well as external trends to derive recommendations for the further development of our topic architecture, formats, and processes

• You bring solid experience in marketing communication, whether in campaign development, topic management, or the Corporate Newsroom – ideally also with leadership responsibility
• You are strong in conception, well organized, and think cross-channel and networked. You remain curious, open to feedback, and ready to develop things further together
• You bring a high energy level, are decisive, and gladly take on responsibility – without losing sight of the team
• You enjoy working in a team, are reliable, flexible, and create a positive, solution-oriented working atmosphere
