The Company
The Foundation Competence Centre is part of the Von Graffenried Group - an independent family business with four pillars: private banking, real estate, fiduciary services, and law. The Von Graffenried Group employs around 300 staff. The Foundation Competence Centre offers foundations management, comprehensive and competent advice, as well as diverse administrative support.
Your Tasks
- Independent clarification of legal issues, especially in foundation and tax law, drafting of statutes and regulations as well as preparation of contracts
- Collaboration in the management of non-profit foundations including all administration (organisation of meetings, minute-taking, application processing, drafting of annual reports)
- Communication and coordination with many different contacts (beneficiaries, foundation supervision, tax authorities, banks)
Your Profile
- Completed degree in law, experience in the foundation sector desired
- Outstanding organisational talent
- High degree of independence and implementation strength
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Interest in foundation-relevant topics
