The SV Group is a leading gastronomy and hotel management group based in Dübendorf near Zurich. The group operates in several business areas: restaurants for companies and schools, hotels with own brands as well as with other renowned brands as franchisee, public restaurants with innovative concepts as well as gastronomic delivery service and catering. Else Züblin-Spiller established soldiers' lounges nationwide and served balanced and affordable meals there. The idealistic values of the founder are continued today by the SV Foundation. At the Culinarium ZKB Viadukt in Zurich, up to 850 guests are catered for daily with a varied, high-quality offer consisting of two daily dishes, a vegetarian free choice, supplemented by popular & well-known dishes as well as a rich salad and antipasti buffet.
The operation includes a cafeteria with 165 seats and a guest restaurant with 16 seats. Various special events are held. In addition, the delivery operations ZKB Piazza, including ZKB Bar Palazzino and ZKB Bistro, belong to the main operation.
You work from Monday to Friday, depending on the duty roster. For special events in the evening and on weekends, you are flexibly available.
