To strengthen our small administration team, we are looking for a committed, flexible, reliable, and upbeat personality with broad know-how in finance and accounting as well as administrative tasks.
We are looking for a clerk in accounting and administration approx. 50-60% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks on site
- Collaboration in financial and operational accounting, including asset accounting according to HRM2
- Collaboration in budget preparation and annual financial statements; preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Collaboration in payroll accounting and social security, including changes
- Collaboration in the administrative tasks of an administration (personnel, residents, general administration)
You bring with you
- You have a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in a similar position. Further training as a clerk in accounting is an advantage or you are willing to catch up on it
- You are a team player
- You have very good organizational skills, work efficiently and solution-oriented
- You are alert and have strong communication skills
- You have a high service orientation and are used to working independently
