Wood Construction Foreman, Team Leader Assembly (m/f/d) - Bern Region

For various major projects in the Bern region, including the new Campus Biel building (Bern University of Applied Sciences BFH), we are looking for wood construction foremen as team leaders for assembly.

Your tasks:

• Assembly work for timber construction projects

• Independently advancing the assembly according to instructions from our site manager and project manager

• Coordination of upcoming tasks on the construction site including leading the assembly teams

• Responsible for groups of up to 10 employees

• Supporting the site manager during construction inspections

You bring with you:

• Solid professional training as a carpenter and experience in timber system construction

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a wood construction foreman – preferably with further education

• Excellent leadership qualities and communication skills

• Flexibility regarding the place of work in the Bern region
