We are looking for you as an Audit Manager in Zurich and Bern!

The opportunity

As an auditor, you have the unique chance to gain deep insights into the economic concepts of a variety of financial service providers and to establish interesting relationships at the highest level.

Your main tasks

• As an Audit Manager, you lead the audit of consolidated and annual financial statements of national and international (large) companies & SMEs as well as regulatory audits and special audits
• You assess the processes and internal controls in the key business areas of our clients within the framework of an integrated audit approach
• Together with the lead auditor, you take responsibility for reporting the audit results to the board of directors and management
• You are one of the central contacts for clients and continuously deepen client relationships
• You lead a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the professional leadership of your team members. Through your on-the-job coaching, you make a significant contribution to the further training of your team members.
• Together with your team, you drive the digitalization of the audit on site at the client and thus ensure an efficient and value-adding audit service

Skills and qualities for success

You bring:

• Successful completion of training as a certified public accountant is required
• You bring relevant professional experience, ideally within a Big4
• Integrity, respect and teamwork are among your central guiding principles and values.
• You have energy, enthusiasm and the courage to lead.
• You have a flair for numbers and are motivated to expand your experience in dealing with modern data analysis methods.
• You appreciate dealing with other people - whether directly with our clients or with your future team colleagues.
• You feel comfortable in an international environment and can easily express yourself in German and English, both spoken and written.
