About the job

We are looking for a professional and motivated kitchen chef specialized in Indian cuisine, focusing on curries, tandoor, and Indian regional dishes.

Your duties - mise en place and preparation of à la carte menus. Compliance with hygiene regulations. Keep work areas clean and up to standards. Inventory control and ordering.

Requirements - More than 7 years of professional experience. Very flexible and adaptable. Nature-loving person willing to work in the Swiss Alps. You speak English. German is always a plus.
