This position offers you
- You are responsible for the development and implementation of the overall strategy for the Key Account team in project business, aiming to increase sales and market shares
 
- You lead and develop a dedicated team of around ten Key Account Managers – with the goal of creating a high-performing, motivating, and trusting team culture
 
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities is part of your responsibilities – you identify opportunities and risks early
 
- You regularly coordinate with the Leadership Team Market Switzerland and promote cross-departmental collaboration
 
- Building and maintaining relationships with investors, cooperatives, architects, and other key partners are part of your daily business
 
- Optimizing processes and systems to ensure efficient workflows and strong customer experiences is also in your hands
 
You bring the following to the position
- You have a university degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field – or you convince with equivalent practical experience
 
- You have 7–10 years of experience in commercial field sales in project business – at least 3 years of which with leadership responsibility
 
- Leadership, communication, and negotiation come naturally to you – complemented by solid knowledge in market analysis, sales planning, and team management
 
- Targeted communication and active listening belong together for you – you use both effectively
 
- You translate visions into actionable plans – always with the aim of creating real customer value
 
- You bring fluent German and English as well as business fluent French; Italian is a plus
 
- Traveling throughout Switzerland is no problem for you – a driver’s license is included

In this role, you are responsible for the market success of V-ZUG in project business in Switzerland. You take over the leadership in sales and management for our ten-person Key Account team. Together, you serve key customer groups in the project business such as investors, cooperatives, builders, construction management, architects, and administrations. You combine operational clarity with strategic thinking – and live both in daily exchanges with customers and your team.
