The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized nursing institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich Unterland and ensures the provision of nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approximately 90,000 residents. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offering of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment paths for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.
The Spitex Regional forms an important part of the nursing offer. It provides outpatient services for the five contracting municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
Creative freedom as well as the opportunity to shape dementia care with your expertise. This also includes responsibility in case management throughout the entire nursing process.
To share your proven professional experience as a Health Professional EFZ and in working with people with dementia during regular professional exchanges or in training sessions.

- You have completed training as a Health Professional EFZ or an equivalence recognized by SRK.
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia is an advantage.
- You are characterized by pronounced social competence and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
- High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility distinguish you.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form (at least level B2).
- Using modern aids is part of your daily routine (PC).
- You are an organizational talent.
