At the Klosterhotel Kreuz & the Klosterschenke am Kräutergarten, we are looking for a receptionist who is not only organized but also enjoys working in guest service.

• Warmly welcome, advise, and bid farewell to guests
• Reception with an overview – but without a dull office routine
• Breakfast service: start the day enjoyably for our guests
• À-la-carte service and support in the restaurant
• Variety between reception, service, and guest care
• Participate in banquets, events, and special occasions.

• Joy in guest contact and a strong service mindset
• First experience at the reception and/or in service is an advantage
• Very good German skills, good English skills (French skills are an advantage)
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
• Friendly demeanor, team spirit, and quality awareness
• Willingness to take on varied tasks between reception and service
