Your tasks
- You carry out child protection measures on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority.
- You advise, support, and empower affected persons and initiate change processes.
- You prepare accountability reports, statements, and applications.
- You collaborate with internal and external interfaces.
- In addition, you lead a team of six professional guardians, taking on their professional and personnel management.
- You report directly to the Head of the Child and Youth Protection Department and work closely with him and the other team leaders.
Your profile
- You have a university degree in Social Work.
- You have completed further training in child protection or systemic/solution-oriented counseling.
- You have professional experience in statutory social work as well as in leadership.
- You are an empathetic and well-organized personality with joy in advising and supporting children and young adults.
- You enjoy shaping and modernizing processes.
- Leadership means empowering people to you.
- You think strategically and implement management decisions with clarity and assertiveness.
