Your area of responsibility:
- Advice and support for our insured persons – by phone and in writing (English first)
- Processing of mutations and changes to insured persons' master data
- Active participation in the further development of customer-oriented and efficient processes

This is what distinguishes you:
- Ideally BVG experience, corresponding further training – or first points of contact with social insurances, e.g. from HR, other insurance areas or qualified customer consulting
- Native English speaker or very high English proficiency
- German skills at a communication level (for internal coordination)
- Enjoyment in consulting, clear communication and professional handling of customers
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Careful, reliable working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork
