Your Tasks:
- Technical introduction of new products for aerospace up to series production
- Assessment of the manufacturability of components and advising the design
- Optimization of manufacturing strategies considering aerospace-specific requirements
- Coordination and support of the production and assembly of prototypes
- Verification and evaluation of process safety as well as identification of critical process parameters
- Support in the constructive revision of prototypes for series production
- Project planning and procurement of automation solutions, tools, testing equipment, and fixtures
- Conducting workplace analyses, optimizing assembly and production processes
- Analysis and resolution of production-related problems, including root cause analysis and action planning
- Processing quality-relevant manufacturing topics, e.g., Q-reports
- Building and maintaining a network with external partners
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a technician, industrial master, craftsman master, or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing technology, ideally in the field of Harmonic Drive gearboxes
- Solid knowledge in CNC manufacturing
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills, initiative, and structured working style
- High degree of teamwork, commitment, and reliability
- Willingness to travel for business domestically and internationally
