- Technical leadership of the software team "Nodemanager-Backend" through profound understanding of the solution architecture as well as deep product and technology knowledge
- Responsibility for maintaining, prioritizing, and transparency of the product backlog
- Translating architectural decisions into actionable initiatives involving the teams' technical expertise
- You are part of an agile team and actively work hands-on on the conception, development, and validation of sustainable, scalable network solutions
- You are responsible for the product roadmap, its prioritization, and the continuous evaluation of new potentials in the listed areas
What you bring with you
- Solid technical knowledge in network technology with CISCO experience
- Several years of practice in software development in a technical leadership role
- A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or data science
- High willingness to innovate and the ambition to actively further develop the integrated military telecommunications system of Switzerland
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as strong analytical thinking skills
- Very good communication skills to convey complex issues clearly, structured, and appropriately for the audience.
