You ensure that everything runs smoothly at the Rathausen site – both technically and organisationally. At Axpo Services AG, you help us shape a reliable infrastructure for the energy future.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• You operate and monitor the technical building infrastructure as well as safety-relevant systems professionally.

• You carry out maintenance and servicing work on technical and infrastructural systems and provide support.

• You document maintenance work, inspections, and controls in the CAFM system (ICFM Campos).

• You coordinate and supervise external specialist companies during service, maintenance, and repair work.

• You participate in technical projects and structural adjustments at the site.

• You maintain regular communication with the team leader of building services and escalate more complex issues to the site manager at Rathausen if necessary.

Profile & Requirements

• You have a technical basic education in the building sector (e.g. as an electrician, heating or sanitary installer) – ideally with a federal certificate of competence as a maintenance specialist or willingness to pursue further training accordingly.

• You bring experience in managing administrative and operational buildings as well as with building services HLKKSE systems.

• You hold a forklift licence and ideally a connection permit according to Art. 15 NIV.

• You are confident with common Office products and interested in technical contexts, energy, and the environment.

• You work independently, service-oriented, and are ready for extraordinary assignments as well as on-call duty in a rotation system.
