Your tasks

Overall responsibility for financial accounting including monthly and annual financial statements (general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting)
Group consolidation as well as responsibility for tax compliance (CH/DE, VAT)
Leadership and development of a small, efficient team (currently 2 employees)
Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external accounting regulations (Swiss OR)
Liquidity control and cash management
Key user SAP FI (S/4HANA advantageous), participation in ERP and digitization projects
Support of controlling in financial reporting and cross-departmental projects
Continuous optimization and digitization of finance processes

Your profile

Completed commercial basic training with further education as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or business economist FH
At least 10 years of practical experience in financial accounting, ideally in an internationally active and manufacturing SME
Proficient in Swiss OR accounting and experience in consolidation and group financial statements
Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO (S/4HANA advantageous) and MS Office (Excel)
Solid VAT and tax knowledge
Precise, independent, and structured way of working
Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented in implementation
Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
