- Support in clearing the breakfast and salad buffet
- Cleaning of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and machines
- Cleaning of staff restaurants, back offices as well as the serving and clearing stations and floors
- Environmentally friendly disposal of waste, cardboard, glass, and food leftovers
- Maintenance and cleaning of the dishwashing machines
- Weekly deep cleaning with the single-disc machine
- Daily vacuuming of the restaurants
