To strengthen our executive board, we are looking for a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). In this responsible position, you will lead nursing, therapies, and other cross-sectional areas and actively shape the future direction of the University Geriatric Medicine Felix Platter.
Your Tasks
Co-shaping the strategic direction of the University Geriatric Medicine in collaboration with the executive board
Management and further development of nursing and therapies as well as patient-centered cross-sectional areas
Ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in close coordination with the interprofessional team
Integration of scientific findings into nursing practice and promotion of innovative nursing and therapy approaches
Overall national networking at the CNO level

Your Profile
Completed Master’s degree in Nursing Science (FH / University), PhD desired
Willingness to promote health science research
Leadership competence and visions for the future of nursing and therapies
Solid nursing background as a specialist, ideally complemented by several years of leadership experience
High strategic competence and interest in the further development of nursing/therapeutic structures
Empathy and commitment to the holistic care of elderly people
