Tasks

Skills
- Must have a secondary education and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and report generation.
- Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills a plus.

- Creating incident reports and adhering to reporting chains
- Carrying out care work according to BEKO SEM and according to the specifications of the department management (FBL) and the care management (LB)
- Ensuring basic medical care (first aid kit)
- Being attentive to the specific problems of people with special needs
- Ensuring general quiet hours and compliance with house rules, including regular inspection rounds
- Supporting reporting, creating reports based on the checklist
- Caring for and supporting new admissions (BAZmV)
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA)
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
