Tasks

• Care and support of elderly people in the geriatric psychiatric setting within the framework of the corresponding competence level of the skill & grade mix
• Support and accompaniment of patients in the various ADLs
• Support of HF nursing professionals in somatic as well as psychiatric emergency situations
• Carrying out administrative, household-related and logistical tasks
• Situational 1:1 care of assigned patients
• Environmental design in collaboration with the team

Profile

• Completed training as an assistant in health and social care
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• Professional experience in the care and support of elderly and mentally ill people desired
• High social/personal competence as well as structured working method
• Good observation skills, resilience and confidence in action
• Experience in psychiatric areas is an advantage
• Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and to actively shape changes
• Very good German and PC skills
