About the job
Looking for practical experience in the wood industry? Possible with us as
Intern Production Development / Digitalization 100%
March 2027 to February 2028
You want to see what modern digitalization in wood processing really looks like – right in production instead of just on PowerPoint slides? With us, you work in a small, efficient team of curious minds who take New Work, agility, and technology seriously, but not themselves. Together with product management and production, we test new ideas directly on the line and thus develop our factory step by step.
Your home base
Our digitalization team, consisting of talented innovators & implementers, is the platform to effectively support the processes in our modern wood processing. Here we combine forces to master the digital transformation with precision and ease. With expertise and a wink, we juggle digital possibilities to sustainably and innovatively further develop our company. For this, we work closely with product management and production.
Tasks awaiting you
- You support the development and optimization of apps for sales, production, and logistics – including testing and documentation
- You analyze production data, build visualizations, and thus help make processes measurably better
- You are involved when business or production processes are recorded, modeled, and digitally mapped – within the framework of our OKR setup
- If terms like Lean mean something to you (or you are really eager to dive into it), that fits perfectly with us
- You combine your internship with a thesis on a jointly defined question
Your package
- Prospective bachelor in wood technology, technician HF, or comparable education
- You are tech-savvy, find digitalization exciting, and want to understand how to optimize real processes – not just in theory
- You bring solid IT skills and have interest (or first experience) in handling data and SQL
- Lean is not a foreign word to you – or you are eager to learn exactly that with us.
