I am Philipp Dröge, CTO at INP Schweiz. In my role, I oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from power plants to industrial facilities to steelworks. Our mission is to establish not only projects but long-term partnerships with team members based on reliability and strategic planning. Exciting tasks for you
Develop and maintain the overall EPC project schedule for complex gas-fired power plants
Monitor progress, analyse deviations, and support corrective actions, mitigation, and claims
Coordinate timelines across internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery
Lead progress meetings, prepare schedule reports, and support contractual requirements (e.g. delay analysis)
Ensure cross-functional schedule alignment, manage critical paths and project interfaces
How you can help us
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor or higher)
5+ years of experience in scheduling or project/site management in power or large-scale industrial projects
Proficient in MS Project; Primavera P6 is a strong asset
Familiar with EPC-based international project environments and multi-partner setups
Solid understanding of contract management and claims support
Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, structured mindset
Fluent in English; German is a plus
