Senior Associate in Internal Audit

About the job

• You support domestic and international financial service providers in conducting internal audit reviews and assist with regulatory audits.
• You help our clients develop and optimize business processes as well as governance, risk management, and internal control processes.
• You advise and accompany our clients in optimizing the processes and activities of internal audit.
• You continuously develop your technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.
• You work in an inspiring team within an international network and regularly receive feedback from colleagues and supervisors.

• You have at least a bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration or another qualification that has prepared you for audit and consulting activities.
• A qualification as a certified public accountant or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is an advantage.
• You already have 2-4 years of experience in audit or consulting.
• You are interested in complex issues and business contexts and enjoy working independently and customer-oriented in a specialized team.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French is an advantage.
