• Building, further developing, and optimizing the entire logistics infrastructure
• Coordination and overall responsibility for all logistics processes at the Weinfelden and Frauenfeld locations, while a high level of flexibility and presence at both locations is expected
• Ensuring smooth goods flows including goods receipt, storage, picking, and shipping
• Further development of employees as well as promoting a performance-oriented and positive team culture
• Planning and implementing improvement measures in all logistical processes
• Responsibility for capacity planning, resource management, achievement and compliance with relevant KPIs
• Close cooperation with AVOR/Disposition, Purchasing, and the spare parts business
• Close cooperation with the logistics system and process specialist
• Interface coordination with other departments such as production and quality management
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and compliance requirements

• Several years of professional experience in logistics as well as proven experience in disciplinary leadership of employees
• Strong leadership skills with a clear vision of team development and employee management
• Proven experience in building and further developing logistical structures and processes
• Confident handling of SAP, preferably SAP EWM 
• High flexibility and resilience in a dynamic daily business
• Analytical and structured working style as well as quick decision-making ability
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and an open, team-oriented demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and pronounced hands-on mentality
