In our Weiherwies retirement and nursing home, we offer a home to 31 residents in a family atmosphere and rural surroundings. Their well-being is at the center of all activities and services. 

For the operational management of the nursing team, we are looking for a 

Head of Nursing and Care

If you 

are a qualified nurse FH, HF or DNII and have several years of professional experience in long-term care,

• have experience as a nursing service manager,
• possess a high quality and sense of responsibility, 
• have great respect for elderly people,
• are committed, flexible and team-oriented,
• have an understanding of economic efficiency and organizational skills,
• have very good knowledge of MS Office products and ideally also BESA knowledge,
• value appreciative cross-departmental collaboration,
• are aware of the responsibility as a specialist manager,
• and you want to work at least 60% (workload individual and flexible),

then you are exactly the right person for a future-oriented collaboration!
