Main missions
Administrative tasks and family relations
- Monitoring children’s registrations and re-registrations
- Managing schedules and administrative documents
- Support in organizing meetings and following up on files
- Welcoming and supporting families throughout the year
- Clear and regular communication about school life and events
- Issuing and tracking invoices
- Monitoring and coordinating administrative and regulatory procedures with the competent authorities
Human Resources
- Overall HR management (hiring, contracts, documents, etc.)
- Support for staff coordination (substitutions, schedules, etc.)
Class needs management
- Monitoring orders and educational materials
- Support for daily logistical organization
- Management of works / arrangements
Miscellaneous
- Support for planning and communication around school events (open days, celebrations, camps, etc.)
- Participation in the administrative and logistical follow-up of school projects
Profile sought
- Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy
- Fluent English
- Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
- Proficiency in office tools and good written communication
- Experience in an administrative or coordination position (ideally in a school / early childhood or associative environment)
- Knowledge of Montessori pedagogy is a plus
