As a shift leader, you are a key team member contributing to the success of a globally operating company. You support the Restaurant Manager in his various tasks. A high commitment at the front together with your team and selling our products with a smile on your face are also part of your duties.
Your tasks:
- Active participation in the preparation, production, and sale of Burger King products, taking into account Burger King standards
- Independent shift management with a focus on our guests and employees
- Motivation, training, and support of team members
- Secure management of the cash register and daily accounting
- Daily compliance with cleaning tasks (HACCP) and occupational safety rules (KOPAS)
Your profile:
- Open, flexible, and warm in dealing with customers and team alike
- You are at home in gastronomy and already bring several years of professional experience
- Responsible and motivated to support and train your team daily
- Proficient in handling common PC programs
- You have already gained some leadership experience
- Driver's license and own car
- Flexible availability, also on weekends and public holidays
