Main tasks
- Business partnering with a focus on Sales & Marketing in close cooperation with the CEO Switzerland as well as the Sales, Marketing, and Service leaders
- Reporting line to the Finance Director Switzerland and deputizing in defined areas
- Ownership and continuous development of like-for-like (LFL) and organic growth analyses
- Development and further enhancement of performance reporting by categories (Hot / Impulse / Fresh) and segments (Public / Semi-Public / Private) including key findings, conclusions, and actions
- Leadership of controlling
- Responsibility and expertise for budget processes and monthly closings
- Responsibility for OOH costs
- Conducting in-depth analyses of sales, volume, and profitability development of customers, vending machines, and concepts
- Forecasting with a focus on new business and investments
- Supporting the organization in calculating new concepts and tenders
- Preparation of various reports, especially monthly closing reports
- Support in Capex approval processes
- Responsibility for the further development of the BI tool and the customer portal
- Tracking and support of strategic projects
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses at local and group levels
Education
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree (university or university of applied sciences)
Profile
- Several years of professional experience in controlling and FP&A
- Marketing and/or sales controller experience in a top FMCG company
- Very high competence in Excel and Access as well as experience with BI and data analysis tools
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Hands-on mentality (doer type / power woman)
- Strong service and business partnering orientation

- Executive-level communication of results (key findings, conclusions, actions)
