About the job
The Position:
- Work within a team of dynamic therapists (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapist, and art therapist), with a large degree of autonomy.
- Practice therapies in the room and on living groups, including respiratory physiotherapy.
- Work in collaboration and be attentive to the educational teams supporting the beneficiaries.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of therapeutic programs and educational projects for the beneficiaries.
- Participate in support assessment meetings for the beneficiaries.
- Organize the beneficiaries' orthopedic appointments.
- Collaborate with families and legal representatives.
- Maintain and update therapeutic files of the beneficiaries.
- Collaborate with external partners.
The Profile:
- Physiotherapist diploma or title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Be aware of polyhandicap.
- Interest in integrating and getting involved in an integrated therapy concept.
- Ease in teamwork, organization, and reliability.
- Good computer skills.
