Main tasks
1. Active new customer acquisition (outbound)
2. Lead management
3. Offer and closing responsibility
4. CRM management
- Independent telephone approach to potential business customers for our catering solutions, vending machines, and refill products
- Identification and approach of decision-makers (e.g., management, purchasing, office management)
- Needs assessment and professional positioning of our coffee, vending, and trade solutions
- Direct sales closures or arrangement of qualified consultation appointments
2. Lead management
- Systematic processing and follow-up of leads
- Building, maintaining, and further developing a structured acquisition pipeline
- Prioritization of leads by potential, industry, and closing probability in coordination with the direct supervisor
3. Offer and closing responsibility
- Creation, presentation, and follow-up of offers
- Conducting price and contract negotiations within the defined scope of action
- Successful conclusion of new customer contracts
4. CRM management
- Comprehensive documentation of all activities (calls, offers, closures, etc.) in the CRM system
- Maintenance of contact data and decision structures
- Creation of transparent forecasts
Education
- Completed vocational training
- Further training with a focus on sales is an advantage
Profile
- Experience in the FMCG environment is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or comparable)
- Confident MS Office skills
- Proven success in B2B telesales
- High closing strength, perseverance, and persuasiveness
- Goal-oriented, structured, and independent working style
- Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
- "Doer" mentality as well as motivation to actively contribute to the company's success and grow with the company
